A sign on the gate of the Conforti Estate Vineyard, on the Burke & Wills Track near Mia Mia, states that it is the home of the grapes used in Occam’s Razor Shiraz.
Occam's Razor is produced by Emily McNally from organic grapes grown by the Conforti family within the Heathcote region at Mia Mia just south west of Heathcote on granite based soil.
Heathcote Winery’s Cellar Door is located in the main street of Heathcote. The Cellar Door and adjacent Art Gallery are housed in a restored miners produce store built by Thomas Craven in 1854 to cater for the influx of gold miners seeking fortune.
Heathcote Estate is located in the old bakery building at 98 High Street. It has been converted into a rustic cellar door and cafe offering wine tastings and light lunches.
Mount Camel Ridge Estate is situated on the eastern face at the cooler, south end of the Mount Camel Range, 17km north of Heathcote in Central Victoria.

Established in 1999 Mia Valley Estate is a boutique family owned vineyard and winery. We grow mainly Shiraz with some Cabernet Sauvignon and so far have produced some of the most amazingly elegant and complex wines from our two vineyards in Mia Mia.
